Did I miss something?

I just checked the default (I use Corey) and it sure looks like they made some changes. I hated the default and now it doesn't look so bad to me... I think I'll stick with Corey though

I've got to admit that I did find the purple-y colors much easier on the eyes to read than these peachy colors. I'm not really trying to complain, because I love the DIS... but I do miss the old default. Here's to hoping that this is just temporary and that even if the format of the boards have to change that the color scheme can return to both choices with the purple-y one being one of them.

(Plus I noticed that the threads are much narrower and there's a lot of white space at the edges of the page... I realize this is needed in some places for advertising, but where it is not it would be great to have it wide again )

Yes I like the purple colors too,,reminds me of all the purple signs At Disney World....and these are a bit BRIGHT at 2 AM LOL JUST me 2 pennies thrown in!!! I LOVE DIS whatever color it is though!!!!!

I wonder if they could pick colors that are a little more neutral then. The purple gave me headaches to look at so I immediately went back to Corey. I admit the Corey seemed a little bright at first and then I adjusted my monitor until it looked better to me. I've slowly brought it back. Shep, I agree I checked the default setting and it just didn't fit right on the screen.

The peach hurts my eyes as well.. But the Sea World and Islands of Adventure board is stoll the "old" default...

I guess I will read those more often. this peach/green really gives me a headache.


Please please powers that be, give the old default back.

Yikes!! OK, I've had mine set as "Corey" I like the softer peach color as opposed to the dark purple.

I just checked the default setting and it is different! Not just the peach like "corey" but the dark green border with all the ads...makes the viewing harder on my eyes, also it's too wide for my screen.

If you don't like your new "default" screen, try the corey...the white border and smaller screen may be easier for you to view
