Well today's, episode of "membership # wait". I called MA, after a 24 minute wait, no problem, I work in a call center as well, so I understand the call que. Today I was told yes we're in the system but I needed my member id to verify,because our last SSN wasn't in the system. Since I don't have my member id, couldn't get any information. Am I expecting an email or a letter in the mail? Oh well the wait continues

When you call MA they should be asking for the contract number and the seller's name. The day it is processed, a letter is sent and your membership information becomes available over the phone. Mine was processed-- I called 2 days later and received my number, then I got my letter another 3 days later (and dated from the date it was processed).

Thanks, I'm use to being in control of our trips and this is not in my element. But this is fine, because our trip is in January, and I would really prefer to see availability of what's available
