Did I make the right request for BWV

I made a Res for the BWV Boardwalk veiw. I asked to be on the 5th floor (becuase of noise) and asked to be close to the elevators. Did I make the right request? I want to see the fireworks at Epco from my Balcony. If I am close to the elavators is going to limit my veiw? Any suggestions on request?

The best views of IllumiNations from the balcony are actually the ones farthest from the elevators. However, IMHO, you have a good view from all of the Boardwalk view rooms, so if close to the elevators is important, I wouldn't change the request.

if you asked for BW VIEW they should have told you if you got it right then. If not your on the waitlist.

higher floors are good but you can only see the higher fireworks

Why are you asking to be close to the elevators?

And although being on the 5th floor may decrease the noise level from the BW at times, you will have more noise from the hallway because you will get more traffic than a room down the hall. I know - I've been there - I was the 4th or 5th room down the hall and I never want close to elevators again!

And as stated - the fireworks views are actually better further down the hall. Been there also!

BW views are generally a walk from the elevators.

There are some BW view rooms that are close to the elevators ("close" being relative to what we had-VERY far!). When you get off the elevators, go straight ahead instead of around to the right. That first cluster of rooms (I think it's the 040's) are BW view and pretty close.
