Did I make a bad move by booking Narcoossee's before MNSSHP?

We have a 5:30 ADR for Dinner before we head to MNSSHP. We are 3 adults and staying at AKL. We plan on taking the bus to MK, getting our bracelets, and then heading to GF on the monorail. I'm worried this is gonna cut our party time too short, but last year we went to CA Grill before MNSSHP and that worked out fine. We really only want to see the parade, fireworks, and ride the rides with minimal waits. Is this a bad idea? We are on DxDDP and trying to use all of our credits.

I don't think it'll be a problem, except that you'll be entering the park at rush hour (around 7) Can you get an earlier ADR by about half an hour?

It depends on how liesurely you want your meal- if you would rather get each course as you finish the last one and let your server know they will accomidate you- obviously you should have no trouble finishing eating and then getting to MK before the fireworks. You will have 1 of the first reservations as seating starts at 5:30.

We did this before MVMCP in November it was awesome. We were there in plenty of time - we told our server and while he didn't rush us, he did have things on the table in a timely manner.

Thanks I was starting to second guess myself and just needed reassurance. We did this last year with CA Grill and it worked fine, and CA Grill is a little bit more difficult to get to than Narcoossee's
