Did I lose our DVC stay?

She didn't, somebody was clueless on the other end of the line!

I called last night for our Nov. 28th to Dec. 5th trip. I called the regular WDW-DINE number and made all of my ADR's except Hoop Dee Doo because I need to book 9 seats and have to talk to someone else. I also couldn't get LeCellier 185 days out--Grrrrr. She had absolutely nothing! Not one table, not one time slot! Grrrrrr!!!!! I had to give my reservation number and told her it was DVC. No problem, I don't think she even put it down.

I have never eaten at LeCellier.. its always booked.. that just sucks doesn't it?

We've been really lucky at getting Le Celliar. Last year I booked it 8 days in advance for a party of 8 for a 2:45 lunch during, get this, FREE DINING! It's almost impossible to get during regular times, let alone free dining times. For this trip, I booked it at 186 days out and had my choice of times for a party of 7.

I know that ADR's for magical gathering experiences for DVC point stays have to go through MS because they need to actually open your party's reservation and specifically put in the names and ages. Each time I have called I have been transferred to a specially trained MS cast member and they have always been extremely helpful. THe process was a little time consuming, the MS rep explained she had to go into three different systems, DVC, Cro and one other I can't remember.

Try making your LeCellier reservation at exactly 180 days out. Sometimes they hold back some places for the general public who cannot call until 180 days.

I have a LeCelliar that I made at 186 days out. Good point though, they do hold back some seats until the 180 mark. This is true for Le Celliar and CRT, I'm not sure of what others.
