I want to book my Christmas trip starts on 21st, and system won't let me combine all my points. I thought at the 7 month mark you were aloud to book at a Non home resort

Yes, system had a hiccups and then went normal. I lost the room I wanted

Same thing again this morning at 8 am EST, had page set, ready to go and zap the screen "working on it" popped up and refreshed and will only pull from 1 contract. I can see the dates and room on my Android phone, but not on my lap top. MS stated no issues.

Are they 2 different contracts or member numbers? Is so you would need to combine them I think. But MS should have seen that is that is the case. Let us know when you find out.

As mentioned, if the contracts are in different memberships, you can’t book with both at the same time.

If both are under the same membership, are both contracts eligible to book all resorts?

That can play a role in case you were trying to book RiV, VDH or CFW.
