Did I get a fake bare escentuals product?

I ordered two blush colors and one eyeshadow from an eBay seller and received them today. The product description said they were new.

I received them and they were not sealed and did not have the hole covering, so the minerals are all above the sifter. The description didn't say it was sealed, but if they were new, they should be sealed. Also, the blushes have the word "cheek" on the lid. I've never seen that before.

Also, the seller has now made her feedback private, after receiving two negs since I bought the items. (It was not private when I purchased.)

Any ideas?

Sounds fake to me. I have a lot of different products and the only one that actually says what it is on the top is the mineral veil. Everything else just says id and bare minerals. I would email the seller with your concern before leaving feedback but it sure sounds like she lied.
