Did I book DME right?

Hi,

We're off to WDW in December. My husband and I arrive on a Saturday, my sister and her kids the following Tuesday. We're renting a car, but they are planning to take DME.

We have a DVC reservation. She booked her tickets yesterday, and so I booked DME online. I'm not sure I did it right.

I booked under my name, with my email. We're on the same hotel reservation and I used that. I put her and the kids as the guests (using their full names on the tickets, not the names under friends and family - sisters name is the same, kids use nicknames). I did get an email saying they'd received the request.

However, it's now been about 30 hours, and it doesn't show up under MDE. Should it?

Did I do something wrong? Do I need to call member services about this?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Apparently, I didn't. I called DVC member services - and they saw no record of it (I did get an email right afterward). The cast member I talked to entered it and now it's on MDE (was before I hung up).
