After emailing mypoints 3 times, I finally was assinged a case # and two days ago they said I would be getting my points. As of today they are not in my account.
This is very frustrating.
I finally got a reply on March 20 to an old email I had sent a couple weeks ago. It said I should receive my points in 5 business days. Hopefully I'll be getting them soon.
okay, I finally got the email about 7 days ago stating that I would receive the points in 5 business days. Well that came and went. I did send them a reminder today. Lets see what happens!!!
guess what??? I just received an e-mail saying that they are expirencing delays and I should receive my 2450 points in a few days, if not contact them. I am still holding my breath!!!
I have been having problems with credits, too. I did get one of my amtrak credits right away, and I emailed them about the other. They said it had already been credited, but they weren't looking at the dates - it was my first amtrak purchase. So, I emailed again, and will see what happens. My husband has been frustrated as well, as it is taking over 3 months and several emails to get points credited. It seems like sometimes you get people who actually read emails, and sometimes you don't
I was credited for one of my amtrak transactions, but not the other. I emailed them, and first they said I had been credited. When I pointed out that was for a different transaction (different dates) and different offer, I received an email back stating that I could only get the points once. So much for that I did email a response stating that it was two different offers, through different links, but I doubt I'll see those points. They'll probably disable my account for complaining too much
