Did anyone watch Rock Star: INXS last night?

Thanks!! I can't wait to hear Marty sing "Wish You Were Here" again. I sure hope Mig pulls off "Bohemian Rhapsody." I don't know if he can beat Suzie's version.

I agree with everyone else Mig picked the worst song possible. They already KNOW he can sing Queen...they asked the guys to pick the one song they think best showcases why they are right for INXS. I am afraid it will be his swan song.

JD's style is very similar to Michael Hutchence. I think that is why the band is so attracted to him. If it were not for his attitude, he would be a shoo-in. But I think his laissez-faire style and mind games scare the band a little bit.

Marty. He is a very talented performer and writer with awesome stage presence. And the band really seems to like him a lot. If he can just keep the mad conductor singing to a minimum, he will make a nice fit.

I guess we'll find it out tonight, but I am predicting a big win for Marty (although Mig is still my fave). Can't wait to see!

I read on some other thread somewhere on the net today that they taped the show this morning and someone said that 2 were very happy and one got the shaft - something to think about before the show airs.............surely they can't pick two singers, can they????

Also, MSN has taken down the rockstar site so no one leaks who won, LOL!!!

Interesting! I wonder if they'll choose JD for the band, but promise Marty that they'll produce him as well as a solo artist. I predict (along with everyone else at this point, I think) that Mig will be the disappointed one. No worries- he'll end up being a huge Broadway star!

Watching the final 2 performances - I'm gonna have a really hard time choosing.

Think I'd go with Marty though - he has a bit more of an edge than J.D.

Very, very difficult choice. As much as it pains me to say it, JD (although quite the unprofessional sometimes) has really come on strong in the final weeks.

Both did really good with the INXS songs.....

Watching just now, and I thought JD seemed so at ease, although Marty was great too, I thought he seemed nervous. My official prediction is JD wins tonight. I loved seeing all of the other contestants, and it made me realize how much I missed Jordis!
