Did anyone receive a confirmation # today???

when you bought your MNSSHP or MVMCP tickets? I was just on the phone for almost 1 hour trying to get my tickets for MNSSHP. The system kept freezing so the CM contacted his systems person. That person said none of the tickets that were ordered today have gone through and we have to call back tomorrow morning. Apparently there is a problem that won't be resolved tonight.

Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone received a confirmation number or if I should just call back and try with someone else?

I received a confirmation number for the both sets of tickets that I purchased.

For MVMCP tickets for 12/7 and 12/9 and LTT PS # for dinner 12/7 before MVMCP.

Gee, today has been so... dramatic! What with the LTT quandaries and vastly different experiences, and the system down, and all the CM's seemingly having been trained in completely different ways...

The cm who took my order called me back and said the system was down and my credit card was not charged and to try back Monday. I hung up with her and called back and got another cm who got me my tickets and confirmation number. (I already had my ps #)

I also got my confirmation #. She said that I should have the tickets in 2 weeks.

I just got off the phone after another 48 minutes and finally got a confirmation number so I am happy.

If this happens to you, just don't give up.

ok, that's weird. The order was placed. I was told I had two tickets. I gave her all of my charge info. But, no confirmation number was even mentioned. Should I call back. Please tell me I don't have to go thru that wait again. . . UGH

I would call back just to make sure. The first three times they tried to get my order to go through didn't work, but it worked on the fourth time.

The CM I talked to had a fair amount of trouble getting the system to do what we needed to do (just buy MNSSHP tix, LOL), but we did finally get it accomplished and I do have a confirmation number. She quoted me 3-4 weeks. She also told me that LTT had no openings for that day (10/8), which I find difficult to believe. Others have reported that calling back has worked on the PS, so I'll try that tomorrow... we're thrilled just to have the event tickets, though!

I received a confirmation number for both my MVMCP tickets and PS's for LLT for 12/7. I was on hold for quite awhile before I got to speak with a CM, but she had no problem with ordering the tickets for me.

Sorry made a mistake. I know it's LTT not LLT. My fingers get confused sometimes.

We got our conf. #. I called at 7:30 am cst this morning and all I got was they didn't have them yet. So when I got home from work, I checked the boards and found out that after 1:00 est they would be on sale. Called this afternoon and presto, got right through and everything is good to go for mmvmcp. Woohoo

I got thru about 5:30 today and received a confirmation# for my MVMCP ticket order. I also got a conf.# for my PS for LTT that I made earlier in the day.
