Edy's Girl Scouts® Samoas® Cookie Ice Cream!! I had some last night. I love the Samoas cookies so this was a definite yum for me. The ice cream is Samoas® Cookies in Caramel Ice Cream with Fudge. It's only available for a limited time so buy it if you see it.

Never heard of it. Doesn't that kind of cookie have lots of coconut? I don't like coconut.

Espresso Chip is my favorite Edy's Ice Cream , but I do like those cookies so I'll have to give it a try..Thanks for the tip

YES !! The Samoa ice cream is great.........the thin mint cookie ice cream is really awesome....hurry though, they don't last long. The good thing is, they come out about 3 times a year.
