did anyone else not recieve xmas confirmation?

Hi, we booked the BWV for Dec. 26- Jan 2, and have not received our confirmation letter yet. We emailed MS and they sent us a return email stating it was going to "reprint", but we still have not received anything. Has this happened to anyone else? We just want to make sure all of our requests are in the computer. Thanks

We didn't receive our's and my sister didn't receive her's. We were just talking about it last night. On the other hand my nephew received his for the same resort that we are staying at, the BCV's.

Mid-February I had not received mine so I gave MS a call. The person I spoke with told me it should be on its way, but he would send another one anyway. over a week later I still had not received one so I emailed MS. They emailed me back and said it was strange that I still had not received either one, and would send out another one. I finally did receive a confirmation late last week.

Ha! I received <i>two</i> identical confirmations for the same reservation - same confirmation #, etc. - and I hadn't made any modifications or anything...

I've never had that happen before.

If we got two, and so many of you got "none" - sounds like they must be having some "technical difficulties."

I booked a 2BR for the BWV for December 20-27, 2003 and finished making my reservation on January 27 and still have not received my confirmation. I was just talking to my family about it and decided I better call MS and see what happened....but I think I will wait until Tuesday since it is always difficult to get through on Mondays!

My trip is earlier in Dec but I have called to find out where my confirmation is as well. The CM was a bit blunt with me about giving the mail time--I gave them 3 weeks. I still haven't received the original ressie confirmation nor have I received the one from my 2nd request. Time to go complain yet again about where my confirmation slip is. . . Oh, they always ask if I have changed my address as they will have to look into it. Same address!! Could be my VM is going to the same place. . . A giant black hole.

I have yet to see ours. I made resrvations for 12/25 - 1/1, and still waiting. I called MS about 2 weeks ago and was told they would send a new one. Are they that far behind on this kind of work? Perhaps all the mailmen are holding them to try and use themself? Just kidding.

We haven't received ours yet, either. We made our ressies day by day for the period 12/28 - 1/2. I have to call about something else within the next few days, so I'll have to ask what's up with the confirmation as well. I'm glad I'm not in an empty boat, hee! hee!

I have a reservation for the week after T'Giving and I had to send three email requests before receiving. I was told by Member Services that they were using a new service to mail out the confirmations and were having some difficulty but were hoping that the bugs were worked out. I finally received just a few days ago.
