We have her as our WP. I've heard good and bad about her. So far (with 6-7 months to go), we have had no complaints. For quick answers, contact her assistant Emily, since Claudine is out very often.

We have Claudine for our wedding planner. She was great during our planning session ... great sense of humor, very knowledgable, lots of fun. She's been a bit slow responding to calls or e-mails (it took over a month for us to initially speak with her after being assigned and now we've been waiting about 6 weeks for our BEO). Copy all your e-mails to Emily (her assistant) and if you really need to speak with her, have Emily make you a phone appointment. I loved her during our Planning Session, and if she's that fun and efficient on our wedding day, I'll be a very happy bride!

Can you pick your wedding planner or does Disney assign you to one?

You are assigned a wedding planner. If you don't feel comfortable with the assigned WP, you can always contact your EM (or whoever does your contract) and ask for a new one.

we had cluadine she was very nice but we had some issues with our beo being really wrong at first & some miscommunication the day of the wedding with wheelchairs i had requested for my grandparents. other than that she was great during our planning session in FL & we did alot through email, i also dealt with her assistants amanda & jennifer often who were helpful.
