Diarrhea

Is there anything worse than dog diarrhea? Big dog diarrhea? My standard poodle was up several times last night crying to go out, so DH dutifully let him out. What none of us knew is that the dog had diarrhea and was "squirting" his way to the door. Didn't know that until morning when DS stepped in it, DH stepped in it and I stepped in it.

In the last 12hrs I have found diarrhea on my living room oriental carpet, under the dining room table, and all over DDs bedroom--I don't know what he did in there, but that's nasty Methinks the dog's been garbage diving again

Last week, both of mine had it. Disgusting!! We did lots of stain treating, febreezing, and ousting before we finally steamcleaned to rid it all completely.

I know they couldn't help it but it's still revolting. For 4 nights in a row, DH and I were up between 2-4am scrubbing it out of the carpets.

Thank goodness they are better now!!

Somehow I saw the title of this thread and thought of a song we used to sing in elementary school that was (at the time) incredibly hilarous.

We are dealing with puppy diarrhea this week. It is not pleasant!

Earlier, the puppy was begging to go out and I ignored him because we had just come in. He literally sprayed our kitchen floor with it. I had to tie a towel to my head and scent it with perfume so I wouldn't gag while I cleaned it.

Hang in there! Open some windows and get out the bleach!!!

Our vet told us to give out German Shepard a Pepto tablet. Worked great. Oh and we were camping in our RV at the time...what fun.

Oh, yeah - explosive diarrhea is LOADS of fun

When we adopted Winston from the shelter, the morons couldn't even tell me what brand food he was eating. They just said "whatever is laying around." Lovely. Well, going cold turkey to a new food caused the explosive diarrhea for a good 4-5 days before he adjusted. We've since learned that he's a very sensitive pup anyways so it made it so much worse. I was not thrilled with them while I was cleaning it off the walls!!!
