Hello, hoping some of you American folks can help me out on this one. I am from the UK and have bought diapers in the US many times, however this is my first time buying pull ups. I just wanted to ask a question on the sizing of Huggies pull ups as it is different to the UK. My son will be two years three months, does 2T-3Team age 2-3 in the Huggies pull ups. Am ordering a grocery delivery for when we get there and need to make sure I order the correct size. Thank you x

I just found this sizing chart for Huggies Pull-ups in the US:

Huggies PULL-UPS

2T-3T: Up to 34 pounds

3T-4T: 32 to 40 pounds

4T-5T: 38+ pounds

Now, I suppose we need a conversion chart regarding "pounds", but I can't help with that :confused3:confused3:confused3

However, I hope this is helpful in some way.

Nono, it's ok, most of us over the age of 25 still weigh in pounds over here. Thanks for that, just that I find the weights don't always really relate to the size, anyone else out there with a child who uses them?

My DD is 36" tall and about 30lbs, the 2T-3T size fits her well. In the US, the T sizes usually correspond to the age (assuming an average size child). So 2T is 2yrs, 3T is 3yrs, etc.

I always went up a little because my DD had chunkier thighs and the 2T/3T seemed a little snug because she was within 2-3 pounds of the weight ---- not sure if that helps - good luck!

My DS is 2.5 years - weighs about 37 lbs and is 37 inches tall. I just bought him the largest size of pull-ups even though the 4T-5T says it starts at 38 lbs, I have always found when I'm close to lowest weight on next size up its beneficial to go with that size (even if lower size goes up to 40lbs or something) - that next size gives a little extra length/a little extra room.

My skinny boy weighs 29 lbs. He wears 2T-3T and they are plenty big on him but support well. He is 3 next month, shame I know just no interest in potty training.

At 2 yr 3 mos, unless your child is particularly large or has very chunky legs/rear end, size 2T/3t should be great. My DD was very thin (no rear end!) and wore that size over age 3, and my niece who is now 3 1/2 could still fit in that size, but only wears the larger 4/5 because it holds more wet before needing a change. Chunky nephew who is very large for his size and just about to turn 2 can also wear the 2\3 size fine - just be careful when pulling them up! I find they rip along the sides fairly easily if you hurry or yank too hard ;)

I teach preschool special ed and this isn't going to help you much lol. It all depends on how your child is built. My skinny 3's can have the 2/3's falling off them. My chunky 3's are busting out of the 4/5's and moving into the Overnight Big Kid's pull up's. If your son is thin and under the weight limit, not close to it, for the 2/3's, then he probably will fit them fine. You might want to order one box of the 2/3's to make sure they fit, then ask for a runner (unless you have a car) to get more after you're here. It might cost a little more, but at least you know they'll fit.

Thanks for your advice everyone, I just really wanted a general picture of the fit as I know all kids are different, sounding like the 2-3 might be good only boy.
