diaper bag + hipster?????

I am trying to figure out what I need to take for our Feb. trip. I have a 3 yo and 1 yo, so I will have a diaper bag. Will I need a smaller bag too? I was thinking I may need one for tickets and such???? Is there a good diaper bag for disney? Would love any tips.

I am going with a 3 year old and a 2 year old and I will have a back pack diaper bag and a fanny pack( I know I know how uncool but I like it only for Disney though)
