Diamond Horseshoe - Overlooked counter service jewel

I stumbled upon something amazing Saturday at the MK. We were looking for a place to grab a quick bite and sit for a few minutes and popped into the Diamond Horseshoe. I don't usually eat a big lunch so I ordered myself the kids turkey sandwich, I was expecting your cold cut turkey slices and boy was I surprised. They carved it right there and the turkey was so moist and delicious!!!!! It came with chips (I didn't request those) and for my two sides I had requested apple slices. Must say I will have to remember this little stop. So much better than the same old counter service chicken, hamburger & fries.

Diamond Horseshoe is only open seasonally (meaning free dining & high crowd times), as far as I know. I have only seen it open once or twice in all my trips in the past 6-7 years.

Sometimes it is a TS location as well, not CS.

Diamond Horseshoe being open is almost as rare as Tomorrowland Terrace being open.
