Which spot tends to be less crowded of the two as the day goes on??? i'd say late afternoon into the evening. Thanks for any information or opinions.

Hogsmeade doesn't seem to have room to handle crowds as well as Diagon Alley (size?). Diagon Alley will seem less crowded. There are more shops to poke around in too. I think for ride times, you'll find that the one in Hogsmeade have shorter times though.

Late evening, (if the parks are open until 8:00 or later) it can be quiet in both sections. One evening about 7:30 I was walking by the Hogsmead's Olivanders and there was maybe 4 people in line. There ended up being about 8 of us in the next show.

Agree - the streets in Diagon Alley feels wider, and the fact that it's a triangular path means you don't have nearly as much two way traffic.

Heading down for my very first visit to Diagon Alley next week...and I am pumped! Can't wait!
