DHS to Boardwalk- Boat?

Ok, we are going to be at DHS one day and may go to Kouzzina at the Boardwalk. What are my options? Boat? Bus?

You can either take the boat or walk the path that runs next to the canal the boats run in.

We always walk it as we stay at BWV often. It's about a 15 minute walk (est). If you take the boat get off at the swan/dol stop and walk over the bridge because BWV is the last stop so the boat goes to BC after Swan, then to BWV and then to EPCOT. BTW--there is no bus service from HS to BC/BW

Unless you have mobility issues a stroll will beat the boat to your restaurant, especially if you make a right turn through the Clown Pool area to the BoardWalk itself.

If you see the boat, getting ready to start boarding, or with people still getting on, then head there. Then, get off at the S/D and walk over to Kouzzina. It should take about 20 mins total.
BUT..if the boat is just leaving, or you don't see one heading into the dock??? Just walk. The wait can be 20+ mins, depending on where along the route the boat is. At less busy times of the day, the boats run a bit less frequently. So, if it is just leaving, you could be standing there for 20 mins or so, then get on the boat, then wait for it to leave, then the 15 mins to the S/D, then walk over to BW.
If you do end up walking....cut through the pool area (the main area with the clown slide!!. Just walk through, to the underpass area. When you come out, you will be at the Village Green. Head left to the boardwalk itself, and go right. Kouzzina will be right there, on the right, just before The Bakery.

As the PPs have said, you can either take the Friendship boat or walk. It's about 0.8 miles (14 football fields) to walk from DHS to the Boardwalk. Not a long walk, but my family prefers to take the boat and save our energy for more fun things.

We walked it last trip.....loved it!! Very cool walk past swan and dolphin and other hotels!! It was in the evening so heat wasn't an issue...everything was lit up......very nice walk!!
