DHS Resort Guest Only Line?

I'm hoping someone has heard of this and can answer my question. My sister went to WDW in Jan 2013. When she went to DHS, she found a park entry line that was designated for "Resort Guests only". They were the first line to enter the park, and a full 10 minutes before the regular lines were allowed to enter.

Is this line a real thing? And if it is, where is it located? Does anyone have any info on this "magical" line?

Thanks!

Sorry, but that's not a "thing."

It may very well have been an AM Extra Magic Hours day, and resort guests will be admitted
starting an hour before the posted opening time on those days.

Another thing to consider is that it MIGHT have been the "Character Breakfast" entrance and guests
with early ADRs can be admitted before the park opens.

On "regular hours" days, ALL guests will be admitted to DHS up to 30 minutes (or more) before the
posted opening time. (But not just WDW resort guests.)

Two things.

First off it was a bit early, but during early Magic Band testing (Jan 2013 was before they started as I recall) they did have Magic Bands/RFID only lanes, using the new mickey heads. And DHS as I recall was one of the first to convert gates. So sounds too early for what she remembers, but sounds like what she remembers to me.

Second getting into DHS 10-15 minutes early is nothing new they have been doing that for going on 2 years now. The park opens when it's ready at or before 9am (the regular published opening time.) 10-15 minutes seems to be "typical" 30+ minutes happens.
