DHS and FP+ why??

Just venting...I do not see why Disney has the tiering it has at DHS. It seems that some 2nd tiers have minimal waits. I wish they would add another thrill type ride down to 2nd tier or go tierless.

Maybe I'll get my wish by the time of my November trip.
