I don't have to go to my school job on Monday because it's a curriculum day-aides don't have to go in-but I'm working a 6 hour shift at my p/t job that day. DH insists that working just 6 hours is like having the day off

I was going to say the same thing as Lunar Lady. I suggest you give him a 5-1/2 hour list of chores on his next day off and see if he changes his mind.

hhhmmmm.... sounds vaguely familiar. I have this friend of mine , who loves to tell me that teaching is a part time job. That I only work 180 days a year, and only 6 hours a day. Say that no way can that be considered a real job!!! I think 6 hours of shoveling or yard work should do the job kteacher
