There's so much you'll want to do! I'm assuming you're staying at the Hilton LBV near Downtown Disney. It's a nice hotel (5 minute walk from DTD) and does indeed offer some Disney theme park benefits, mainly EMH.
You'll definitely want to hit
MVMCP at MK on either December 11 or 12. May I suggest doing that on your arrival day as long as your flight lands before 2pm that way you could get to the park by 4pm when your ticket is valid. Party runs till 12am with an awesome parade (see the later one) and fireworks plus short waits for rides. If you're arriving in Orlando earlier in the day, you could check out the Festival of the Seasons at DTD considering your hotel is nearby. I wouldn't waste a park ticket day though if you're doing the party. Josh of easyWDW did a
post about MVMCP in 2011. Prices:
MVMCP ages 10+ Party Ticket - 12/11 - $67
MVMCP ages 10+ Party Ticket - 12/12 - $71
At Epcot, there's the Candlelight Processional, a beautiful pageant of sorts with a celebrity narrator at the America Gardens theater outside the American Adventure. Here's a list of the celebrities for 2014 announced so far. Keep checking
THIS link as your trip nears, for more narrators will be announced on a rolling basis.
11/28 - 11/29: Jodi Benson
12/05 - 12/06: Whoopi Goldberg
12/15 - 12/17: Sharon Stone- New!
12/18 - 12/20: Ana Gasteyer- New!
12/21 - 12/23: Marlee Matlin
12/28 - 12/30: Steven Curtis Chapman
It's absolutely amazing and popular so there are three shows each night: 5:00pm, 6:45pm, and 8:15pm. People start lining up as early as 2pm for the first show. Particularly with such little time, I do not recommend this strategy., so book a Candlelight Processional Dining Package. They are available at most Epcot restaurants and are very expensive but well worth it. The link above also lists 2013 prices. I'd expect 2014 packages to go on sale very, very soon so keep checking the dining boards.
Note: this year's packages will supposedly not include IllumiNations VIP viewing.
Over at DHS, there's the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights, which is by far the best form of holiday entertainment Disney offers. They start usually around 6:10pm or so (close to sunset) over in the Streets of America section of the backlot. There's a cute lighting ceremony with a giant switch (can't remember where it is hopefully someone can provide that info) but nothing extraordinary. I'd prefer to see Fantasmic!, which is at 6:30pm for all the nights of your trip, then head over to the SoA to see OL. They'll usually stay on an upwards of 45 minutes after park close. Oh, and you can meet Santa Goofy and enjoy hot cocoa there too. Between that and the music (which the lights are synchronized to), you'll definitely be in the holiday spirit!
The situation at DAK is a bit more ummm... ambiguous. With the removal of the Jammin' Jungle Parade, I am not sure if they'll be bringing the Jingle Jungle Parade back. Assuming they do, it's cute and starts at 3:45pm. Good viewing can be found in Africa near the Tusker House Restaurant. While it's a nice parade, if you're running short on time, this is something you can cut. Besides the parade, DAK does very little for the holidays with the exception of a tree outside the park gates and a few holiday decorations here and there.
A few other odds and ends with the holidays too. The tree lighting ceremony at Epcot is worth maybe looking into as is the holiday storytellers around World Showcase. More details on those will be released as time progresses. I previously mentioned the Festival of the Seasons at DTD, which is something else that's nice. You may also wanna walk through some of the hotels (particularly GF, BW, and WL) to see the holiday decor as well as the campgrounds over at Fort Wilderness. The campers there deck out their RVs and campsites in ways that are beyond belief! Maybe combine it with a meal at Trails End or Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue. Again, if time is short, all these things are skippable but are nice other things to do.
Hope this helps, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask!
