Last Wednesday I tried to checkin on line and DH was red flagged, which meant that we had to check in at the airport.
We ended up with B boarding passes. But the skycap that checked us in stated that he needed DH's ID again and I told him that I knew we were having a problem. He asked if we were Rapid Rewards members and I said yes but forgot to enter our number. So he told me that the person at the gate would take care of that for us, which they did. When we were leaving WDW I asked the desk to print our passes and lo and behold they had no problem. We got A passes.
So if anyone is red flagged and you are a RR member make sure you enter your number and it might help.
