I'll jump in...

Your initial Visit (that's what we call a delivery and pickup) is a part of the Membership Fee.

So, using your dates, your Nov 28-Dec 6, 2009 trip would be covered by the Membership Fee. December 6 would become your Anniversary Date and you year (sort of like a use year) would run from Dec 6, 2009-Dec 5, 2010.

During that period your $99 yearly fee would include one free Visit (or with The DIS promotion, you'd have two free Visits in that window).

OH, Oh, OH!!!

OK, so could I love this any MORE?? We started our locker on May 22. We left on May 26. So our locker UY so to speak is May 26, 2009 to May 25, 2010....we just had another trip Aug. 16-26 so technically that was our "first visit" not our 2nd??? That means IF we decide to plan another trip say over spring break 2010 (March) for a few nights that would actually be our 2nd visit for the year and we would not have to pay the additional $25??? OH BOY! OH BOY! Another bonus to think about this plan a little more!! I NEEEED a new ticker ya'll!!!!
As I sit here, typing away in my Mickey Mouse tank top bcuz I wear my mouse gear ALL THE TIME....

I probably ought to check out how much extra visits are.

This is probably something I shouldn't admit, but I only have the vaguest idea how much my Lockers cost, probably because in my mind, they are priceless!

Just out of curiosity, I just asked my husband if he knew how much our Lockers cost. He overshot what we pay. (I looked it up ) Then he said whatever it was, he didn't think about it because it was a no-brainer. Gotta love that guy!

They have a promo...a discounted membership and an extra free visit (making it two) per year. Each additional visit is $25. Just in case, somebody might like to know.

Yes, I have the discounted membership for my first Locker, and the second Locker is at the regular price. If you have more than one Locker, the additional visit cost is $12.50 for the 2nd, etc. Locker.

When I stop to think about my Lockers, it's actually a tiny bit confusing given that they have different use years and different deals:

Locker 1
First visit: November 19-23, 2008 (initial Locker set up)
Second visit: May 10-16, 2009 (both)
Third visit: November 6-11, 2009 (both)

Locker 2
First visit: March 27-29, 2009 (didn't have Locker 1 delivered this time as I was only setting up the 2nd Locker)
Second visit: May 10-16, 2009 (both)
Third visit: November 6-11, 2009 (both)

So I *think* my November trip will still be free for Locker 1, but will be $25 for Locker 2 since it isn't under the DIS "two free visits per year" deal.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought that! But hey, DVC doesn't buy me free wine on Tuesdays!
