My DH was working at a after school/summer program while in college--when he graudated last Dec he started getting subbing jobs (he graduate in eduaction) so he went on as needed basis with the camp and the dirctor said
shed put him back reguler staff for summer--
Well she just called to tell him that they get as many kids as they thought
so they wouldnt need him!! ok we can understand that
he could just go on unemployment until fall when hopefully hed have a reguler
teaching job -or hed just continue subbing
but------
he found out when one of the people he worker there with she hired 2!!!
people off the street!!!!!
he feels discriminated against!!!! since he was told that he can back for the summer and she hired 2 people
On Mon hes calling her boss and also the union!!!!!
It seems this director bends over backwards for certain people
well we'll see what happens
