This year we aren't doing Disneyland and it just doesn't feel right! Know what I mean??? LOL!!!

DH was talking about taking a trip to New Orleans or NY next year. I told him that he and DS should go but that I *really* wanted to take DD to DL just one more time at her age - she will be 5 next year.

We went last May and she was 3 1/2 and she remembers sooo much! She asks every day about going back to Disneyland.

DH thought about my suggestion of seperate trips for a few hours and then he caved in and said he didn't want to miss out on Disneyland either!

I think we will shoot for May of 2011. Loved being there over Mother's day weekend - really doesn't get any better than that! DS wants to go to Legoland again so we will set aside one day for that too.

I think we will plan to stay at Hojo's again too - what a great hotel! The kids loved the water park area although as usual, we spent most of our time at Disneyland so they really only got to play for about an hour one afternoon in the water.

Anyone else planning more than a year out for a Disney trip?

.......

Yay for you!!! Well, I am planning 7 months out, and of course have a mental plan of a 2012/2013 trip after all the new stuff is done!! :thumbsup2

I love to plan out our vacations... if I don't have one to work on I hate it!!

LOL! I just went on the Disney website to see when Cars Land was supposed to be finished and saw that it will be a few more years.....so, I also have a "mental plan" for going back when it opens too! ;)

We are also planning a May 2011 trip for next year. The new baby will be 17 months at that point, which sounds like a good time to start travelling with him. I've only ever been to WDW before, so this will be my first trip to DL (DW has been there as a child), so it looks like I'll have some research to do.

We got a PIN this year for 35% off hotels, but we just aren't ready to travel with the little guy yet, so I'm hoping for a similar deal next year as well (if not, there is always offsite which seems to be at least 35% off from onsite. ;) ).
