DH and I had this conversation today?

DD12 called me into the den the other day - "Hey, Mom, come see this!" She rewound (a benefit of having a DVR - you can rewind and show your Mom something you want her to buy you from TV, even if she doesn't get in the room in time to see the original commercial!!)

Anyway, it was a commercial for kid's TP - little paw prints and then a few sheets up there was a picture of the dog. It was supposed to teach kids how much TP to use. I guess pull and then tear when you see the dog!!!

Now, I'll have to say, I thought that was extremely clever!!! And I might just buy a roll for DD to use when she comes home from camp...

oh no i miss color tp .... where oh where as all the colors gone ????????????

Hiya

FYI here in England we have TP in most colours - pink, blue, peach, white, green, yellow....

Wonder why we have it and you all don't?

And I remember making tons for the wedding and
you never had a baby or wedding shower with out tons of flowers made out of Kleenix
I still can remember my sister and I sitting on the floor making them and filling up boxes :rotfl2:

Yorkshire is a really lovely part of England. I am lucky to live here as we have so many pretty places to visit nearby!

Hope you get to make your trip sometime and have fun! (and pick up some pink TP ;))

Yes, does anybody remember the type of TP with innocuous pictures on it?
Usually in blue on a white background? I think outlines of clouds were one choice.

We used to buy the pastel green TP.
the colors, all pastels, I remember were: pink, blue, yellow & green. There was also a pale tan color~

ah, the good ol' days!
