Deyki's Make-A-Wish - 12/15 - Maybe not

Thanksgiving was great fun! We had a wonderful time with family.

The day after was not so great. Deyki woke with a painful, greatly enlarged lymph node behind his ear. I took him to the ER because he said it hurt a lot, and his energy level has not been very good. It is not infected, but we don't know what the cause is. They did bloodwork to check his white count. It was okay. They simply said to watch it and return if it grows, shows signs of infection, or does not go away in one week.

Tonight he is complaining of a headache too. I don't know if the two symptoms are related. I am not sure how concerned I should be and how proactive I need to be in finding a cause. My plan is to talk to his doctor on Monday and get her opinion.

In the mean time, I am open to ideas to help ease his discomfort.

I really will finish this TR one day (hopefully soon). It feels like real life is happening too fast to focus on anything else.

I am finally caught up. I love your Disney's Studios photos. I think it is too funny that GKTW had Squidward instead of the more recognizable Sponge Bob or Patrick. Did you take pictures at your Disney parade. I bet Deyki and the girls loved it. I am so happy that hopefully you will have your new little one permanently! I hope you are all doing well!
