First a quick baby update:
I went to the doctor yesterday and everything looks good!! They drew what seemed like 3 cups of blood for tests - but besides that everything went smooth. I was able to hear the babies heart beat. I didn't ask him if it still sounded like a girl, because it took awhile to find it - and at that point I was just glad it was still in there!!!
We left Chicago yesterday around noon and are currently 6 miles away from my happy place!!! (my mom has wireless internet access). We would have been here sooner but my mom, who can't read a map or road signs either (it seems) got us lost!!
I mean this is only the 30+ time she's driven to Disney World - so I guess she's due. 
So that means it took us 19-20 hours to get here. Dexter was the BEST baby ever!! There were no tears the entire way!! And most of the night he didn't even sleep - I would just look back while I was driving and he was just looking out the window. Every once in awhile he would get excited and scream 'motorcycle' or 'school bus'. But he never made sad or angry noises. I'm sure every mother feels this way about her kids but he is the most AMAZING, SMARTEST, not to mention the CUTEST little guy out there!
So right now it is very sunny outside... we are in the AC right now but it appears that most people are wearing minimal clothing, so it must be hot.
Now we are just hoping that we can get into our room and shower!! I really want to start our day... if they won't let us in until 3pm will just have to let Dexter play in the pool.
