I'm glad yall got such great service at Pop! So far I've only stayed at value resorts (but not Pop yet) and I've always had great experiences! It's nice to know that you don't have to feel like you're 'lower' than the people staying at Mods and Deluxes!

Sorry to hear about the sub-par service at POR. We are trying POFQ for the first time this July. Hope we get better service than that!

I hope you get great service! We have never had bad service at POR or POFQ before so it came as a surprise. I hope we just caught them on bad days.

Since everyone is so excited to hear about Via Napoli I thought I would pop in and do the update

I was looking forward to this restaurant after seeing all of the reviews I had read on the DIS and not only did the food look good but mmmm the boys did too!

When we entered the restaurant we checked in and I was quite tempted to ask one of the female hostesses for a table with a cute waiter

The manager was working up front and he was quite a handsome man as well!

There was quite the line to wait so my mom and I just kept checking out the cute boys waiting and I of course took pictures!

The hostess eventually called our name so we headed over to a two person table in the corner.

We wait a couple minutes and Lorenzo walks into our life. He was a very handsome man with a nice sparkle in his eye and a gorgeous smile. Needless to say we were quite happy we were on a girl's only trip because my dad may have been disgusted with both of us

We begin talking and he asks us where we are from we say Michigan and he responds with "Oh Detroit? Vroom Vroom with the cars?" I know it sounds pretty stupid but picture it being said with a drop dead gorgeous Italian accent. After we ordered our drinks and we had, had our fill of giggling like school girls my mom says "Detroit has never sounded so sexy!" Which started off another round of giggles.

We had planned on sharing a pizza but we couldn't agree on one so we each ordered one.

My mom had the Pepperoni - pepperoni, tomato, mozzarella

I had the Prosciutto e Melone - fontina, mozzarella, prosciutto, cantelope

Both of our pizzas were great but they were huge! Way too big for one person!

We weren't ready to leave our hot Italian quite yet so I decided to order dessert. Before dessert could be brought to me I received what every girl wishes for, for her birthday a couple hot men singing to her in Italian

I really don't look like I was enjoying it though

After having the pre-dessert it was time for the real thing. Pistachio gelato!

This was so good but I wasn't able to finish it

Finally it was time to pay and leave my future husband

Overall it was an amazing lunch and if you are looking for some eye candy you won't be disappointed!

It is definitely our home away from home.
They are always very pleasant and accommodating.
They even took great care of us during our emergency (3 year old cracking his head open).

We've stayed in most of the centuries and each one has its own charm.
But the service has always been great.
And we're REALLY looking forward to Art of Animation!!
Glad they "turned your frown upside down!"

We waited forever for a table.
The wait staff was rude and EXTREMELY SLOW.
The management was rude as well when we tried to complain.
The pizza wasn't very good (we tried 2 varieties and were not impressed by either).
And the kids barely touched their kids meals.
All in all, we won't be going back anytime soon.

Maybe the "Family Experience" isn't the same as the "Girls Night On the Town" treatment?
I doubt the Italian waiters got a second glance from my 5 and 10 year old boys.

Those were individual pizzas! They were huge!
