...is this in WDW or at DL??? I've only been to the one at WDW twice and we've had Fastpasses both times, so, we kinda RAN through the queue line part to get to the 'loading area' (right in front of the doors you enter to go on the ride)...

Its at WDW in the queue line for Soarin' but I don't remember exactly where. We had a fastpass too but we still had to stop before we got on the ride and it was hanging on the wall. I thought it was really pretty!
