I have some pictures available of the WL Concierge area, but I wasn't able to copy them into the text of this. If you want to see them, leave me your email and I will send them to you.

I WANT TO GO BACK!!! :Pinkbounc

Don't forget the pumpkin/raisin muffins, orange juice, and apple juice every morning! One evening they were serving "Game Stew"- similar to a beef stew, another night I had "Braised Rabbit Sausage". I thought their soups were fantastic especially the Tomato Basil, and Manhattan Clam Chowder. The concierge staff was great, especially Randall, and Jack. If you wanted bottled water, apple juice boxes for the kids, etc. all you had to do is ask. I realize I may be rambling, but we just returned home, and I'm going through WL Concierge withdrawl. No turndown service, nor chocolates on my pillows tonight!

I guess because I didn't drink any!! The pumpkin/raisin muffins were the ones I guess I thought were plain.

And the tomato basil soup was the one I was forgetting!!!!

We really enjoyed the concierge experience - it was so nice not having to THINK about what to have for breakfast or dinner!!! You just went and grabbed!!! :)

Can someone please explain "Cordials" for the rest of us? I understand that you can drink a blackberry brandy from a snifter glass or make blueberry or rootbeer liquor into a float (add milk and sprite, YUMMY!) but what else is there in the way of cordials? Is there just a bottle and you pour yourself a drink or is there someone serving what you order?

It is all self service - cordials, etc.

Thanks for the great info!

Sounds like we need to try the WL concierge this next year!

Like the Poly, I like the idea of having different offerings each evening, something the AKL concierge didn't really do.
(even though we adore the AKL concierge!)

Where is the concierge lounge, floor, and rooms located?

Stayed three times at WL, but never tried the concierge.

Thanks!

We are going to WL next November-might try concierge.
Do you have robes available? How is the seventh floor view? Are the rooms any larger? How was mousekeeping? How were the balconies? My email is mikesuemarc@aol.com. I would love to see your pics!

have been asked:

All of the Concierge food and drink is self-serve.

The Concierge floor is on the top floor (7th floor) at WL.

Do you have robes available? - yes – we had 2 robes which I used when we went out to the pool. Came in handy!

How is the seventh floor view? Beautiful. See the picture I’ve included

Are the rooms any larger? I really don’t know – but they were nice sized I thought!!! I can only compare them to the All-Star Sports rooms!

How was mousekeeping? Well, I was a little disappointed because when we got there = there were no towels in our room, and there was a dirty cleaning rag left in the bathroom. Also, I had to remind them to bring a crib (which once I did, they brought it quickly along with the towels). But they kept the room up nicely and they arranged my boys’ stuffed animals one night (having them watch tv). But no cute animal towels :(

How were the balconies? The balconies were different than the other ones at the resort. It was a solid wall (for more privacy?) We had a nice view of the electric light pageant at night :)

Thanks for the quick reply!

We're going to try WL concierge sometimes this next year.

Glad that you had a great time!:D
