Destinations in Florida

Has anyone ever purchased tickets from Destinations in Florida? They offer a free shuttle.

I am currently dealing with Destinations for a WDW trip.....so far, I have not been impressed. My overall impression is they are more concerned with generating client referrals than they are with managing the clients they have. They are great if you are looking for a TA that is more than happy to let you figure things out.
