We will be having dinner here on our trip in december with our 10 year old son. We will be using the dinner plan and were wondering what type of desserts they serve. I checked allearsnet and there aren't any listed. Does anyone have any ideas?

I just ate there last week and had the Chocolate Wave. It's a chocolate suffle with grand marnier and chocolate sauce in the center. It's AMAZING! Unfortunately, I don't remember the other desserts.

We eat there every trip and this is the only desert we ever order, so also cannot tell you what else there is, I'm thinking some kind of cheesecake. But take my word for it, and Care403's word as well, this is the best dessert EVER!! lol My parents go this restaurant just for this desert!

There also is a key lime creme brulee type dessert that was quite delicious--the custard was glazed with a caramelized orange crust that made the whole thing quite tropical. However, if you adore chocolate, I would suggest the chocolate wave--my DW is still raving about it (yes, I sampled and it was tremendous). For the kids, they have a build-your-own sundae wherein they bring out the ice cream and accoutrements and let the kids add what they want from sprinkles to chocolate to candy. Really keeps the younger crowd occupied.

They all sound great. I'm a big fan of creme brulee and plan on eating alot of it on our vacation!

Dianemb, if you love creme brulee, try to get over to Le Cellier in Canada. Their maple creme brulee is wonderful! Yum! Ok, now I want to go back.
