I was looking over the menu for the family style dinner for Liberty Tree Tavern and it said you get cherries jubilee for dessert. Has anyone ever gotten anything else? Just curious as nobody in our family is very fond of cherries in general.

Thanks for any info :)

I haven't been to LTT dinner yet, but when I booked I looked up and saved the menu. The February 2007 menu included this:

DESSERTS - Warm cherry cobbler with vanilla ice cream included. Assorted fresh desserts from Martha's kitchen additional $2.25 - $5.50 each.

So, you can get other desserts for additional cost (worth it to my family, YMMV).

Hope this helps :)

We had hot apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream last month, and it was YUMMY!

We've always had warm apple cobber ala mode at LTT, maybe the Cherries Jubilee is something new.

Thanks for asking this question as I was wondering the same thing!

I hate cherries, and I hate cinnamon (which is usually in Apple pies) however I really want to try LTT and was wondering what to have! The pound cake at lunch sounds YUM!!

Thanks for all the responses!!

Due to the majority of the new 1900 PF reviews not being all that great, we're looking for an alternative for our last dinner. Thinking LTT, Kona or Concourse Steakhouse.

I love the grilled poundcake with vanilla ice cream that I've gotten there at lunch. Is that available with dinner? We've never been to LTT for dinner.

We ate at dinner and had the apple stuff a la mode. I think at night you can pretty much bank on something cobbler-ish. No idea on the lunch, though.

We were there for dinner last month and the dessert we had was also the apple cobbler which was the best part of the meal. IMHO the rest of the meal was pretty poor and I wouldn't return there for dinner anytime soon. Would do CP instead for sure (over 1900 PK Fare too-wasn't too impressed with their dinner either.

I just spoke with one of the chefs because DS has food allergies. We will be there next week. He told me the dessert is apple cobbler.

The first time we ate at LTT a couple years ago, we had the cherry dessert, but every time since then, it's been apple cobbler with ice cream. We just went in October, and it was the apple cobbler.

We went in September and I told our server didn't care for apple pie and could I just have the a la mode and I got the biggest bowl of ice dream I've ever had. Thanx Josh.
