Dessert Party

i have been checking the wdw site for dining reservations for the dessert party each day. Finally today I notice that the dessert party is available to book during August!!!!
well I just tried to book but it is fully booked for all of aug and sept by the looks of things. Is this normal?? They only just put them up yest/today???

you could try to call them
but the availability is very limited. The capacity is under 200 guests.
keep trying, it may only be a temporary glitch

As far as I know, the booking window is only open up to May so far. There is another thread on her all about the desert party with a history of when dates open up etc. and it also advised when the next month booking window opens up. Try this link and subscribe to the thread. There is a TON of info. By the way, August didn't seem to open up last year until the end of May but I'm sure that isn't set in stone for this year. Also, I have been able to pull up the month of August for a couple months now but the booking has not opened.

It's too early for August. When I tried to book mine for May I was told that it wouldn't be available to book until March and when it did become available this month I was able to book my party of 10.

we had real trouble trying to book this last year, although it was showing on the website it kept saying fully booked my sis eventually phoned and got us all booked in, as others have said it is probably a bit early to book yet but do phone to check xx

I am hoping to book this for our trip in october this year. Tried a dummy booking for september and it came up all booked.

I think DH will enjoy this it looks like a fun event.
