I am wanting to do the Illuminations Dessert Party after my wedding. Who do I need to call, and how far in advance will they let me book it? Thanks!

Tell your Wedding Coordinator. They'll send you all the information, and get it set-up for you!

either way you would need to contact your wedding planner. if your an intimate you'll work with epcot & there will be restrictions on locations & wedding attire and if youre a custom you will book your wedding planner on booking & the specifics of your dp. the illuminations dessert party is awesome though & worth every cent, we had one at uk lower after our wedding reception & it blew our guests away & provided some awesome photos.

I think it is a recent change within DFTW, but even for Intimates, your WP will set everything for the Illuminations DP up for you without you having to coordinate with Epcot.

For Intimates, the locations which are offered are Japan (for ten guests and under) and Morroco (for up to 20 guests).

It's best to book the DP as soon as possible to ensure that you can reserve your location. We actually had our DP booked way before we received our wedding contact!
