I know this is around here somewhere, but a search doesn't give me what I want...SO...What did you have at your dessert party??? Please include pictures if possible! Thanks! :goodvibes

I don't have any pics (my wedding is in September) but we are having a sundae bar with churros.

We didn't have dessert at our dessert party, but I thought I would add in my menu.

We used the Oswald Buffet menu, which was $28.50 a person, and we had a BOC soda package. The buffet included:
-deluxe cheeses with grapes and crackers
-market vegetable display with lemon dill cream
-chicken quesadilla
-vegetable spring roll with dipping sauce
-potato chips with leak dip.

*cheesecake
*pistachio cannoli
*chocolate fudge brownie
*linzer diamonds
*cream horns
*assorted cookies
*fresh fruit salad

and one gluten free dessert plate for one individual

Can you let me know what gluten free items are on the plate when you know?

I've got two gluten free guests and want to make sure they get as good a stuff as everyone else.

What exactly is a churro???

I think you've seen mine already, but here you go!

Our Dessert party menu was, in order of the raves I heard:
Mickey shaped rice krispy treats
Key Lime Tarts
Brownies
Various cookies
Baklava
Rasberry blondies

And some pics are here:

come to find out my mother is allergic to those red cinnamon things...Can you let me know how the chocolate peanut butter marshmello squares are??? Or I'll try to catch them on your PJ/

thanks everyone! Now to jockey around the budget!

Our DP will be dark & white chocolate fondue, dipping items like cake, marshmallows, graham crackers, fruit, etc...

And we will also have assorted pastries, coffee & teas with flavored syrups and tap water.

What drinks do people serve? We were thinking wine and beer - BOC. Plus soda, juice and coffee.

fondue scares me..>I have dreams of me dripping it all over my dress...

I think coffee and teas are included in the packages but you can design it anyway you want

Here is what I am planning to have - DF and I customized the menu to what we really like and wanted. However I might now have to add the Mickey Rice Crispy treats :). I was quoted $27.00 per person.

Assorted Cup Cakes
Fudge Brownies
S'Mores
Cheese Cakes
Fruit Tarts
Key West Lime Tarts
The coffee and tea service as on the menu

We have also requested to have the Carlsberg beer from Norway and the Grey Goose Slushies from France - waiting to hear on if that will be possible.

:scared1: Have you been to a Disney owned property before?!?! :lmao:

You know, a churro! The long spanish, donuty like sticks covered in cinamin and sugar :lovestruc

mmmm...YUM! This is not the thread to be looking at before you have breakfast!

I will be sure to include the gluten free meals in my review. All I know so far is that they are doing a gluten free cupcake while we eat cake. No idea what they will be doing for the dessert party.

Red cinnamon hots-I am thinking they could easily leave these out on one order. I thought my planner said they make them each to order as people want them. I thought one down side is you do pay the price for every guest and I would assume we will have guests that won't be interested. I actually think we have a few too many desserts but what the heck.

Chocolate peanut butter marshmallow squares will be reviewed too as this is one of the items I am looking forward to the most :)

drinks-coffee with syrups, tea, fruit punch and water
