At 915 AM this morning I knew I had 3 hours until my noon appointment so I decided to call and hold on IT and tell them I don’t think the parties loaded for May. 2 hours and 31 minutes later I pleasantly explained I don’t think the parties loaded OR a corporate party had booked it and they were NEVER available. I got the blah, blah but I insisted she check. There is no way we all missed it including the restaurant finder. She came back with more blah,blah and I asked if she could check with internal support. I stayed on hold. She came back and insisted they were immediately booked when they became available. I asked her to check with dining. Again, they were full parties. This went on for quite some time.

I politely and in good humor said there is a glitch please follow up on it. We chatted and I thanked her for her time.

A couple hours later, May opens. Your welcome.

Well thanks from all my family from the UK. Just hope they've fixed it in future.

I'm wondering if this will end up working in our favour in terms of it not been sold in the plaza garden as folk would have thought it was all gone. Well done to our little coalition, we got there in the end.

WDW IT is the worst of any business. If their bottom line depended on it they would have filed for bankruptcy by now.

I would bet money on the fact they were never loaded.

I had not been trying for one, but saw it pop up when I was just generally searching. Just snagged May 18th! Everything that week was available now - treat and seat, pre, and after parties.

It's impossible for this many to open up with them being loaded, they've really messed up. They've really got to sort that booking line out and give the cast members more info, like when will dates be released etc give them more to work on and to find solutions.

The last bookable date being May 14th is such a relief for me, trying to book for my partner's birthday on the 18th and thought it was fully booked.

A bit new to this here, is there a way to get alerted as soon as reservations are available?

The dessert parties for the last 2 weeks of May dropped today in case you didn't see yet!

It's impossible for this many to open up with them being loaded, they've really messed up. They've really got to sort that booking line out and give the cast members more info, like when will dates be released etc give them more to work on and to find solutions.

I knew something was off when NOTHING was available 60+9 days out, and checked 3x a day. Happy they were finally loaded and glad I subscribed to a notification service! But so strange that it took so long for them to be released....

Does anyone know if they can add on at the check in desk? I made reservations today and in my haste only put down 1 person instead of 2. Of course now that I noticed the date is booked.

I am not sure they would allow that. When we checked in there was a printed list that a CM was checking off.

I would keep checking with reservation finders and around 30 days (final payment due) and then a week or so before (cancellation required 5 days prior) as that’s when I saw availability l during my end of March trip.

How likely is a cancellation for early June? Maybe I need to re-think my plans.

yea unfortunately it would be tomorrow for my 5 day... ugh not sure... I hope at least if they couldn't add then they could let me cancel then without a penalty?
