Dessert Party Locations for Intimate Brides

Can anyone share information on what locations have been offered to Intimates for dessert parties at Epcot? I called yesterday and they referred me back to DFTW. Because it is more than one year our, I don't have a coordinator.

Any pricing information would be helpful. Also, since the minimum is 20 people, what happens if you have less than the min. required?

Here is some info regarding the Morocco terrace... There is a maximum of 20 people, and just for reference, there is NO seating at this location...


Morocco Terrace for 20ppl (max)
No Seating at this location
$200.00 Venue Rental
$19.50 ++ per person (Food and Beverage Minimum)
$12.50++per person (Illuminations Viewing Fee)
$408.75 for a Motorcoach Charter to bring you and your backstage to Epcot
$50.00++ Small Party Fee

Thanks for the response. I id recently see a thread that included pictures with Morroco being set up for a dessert party and it actually included table and chairs. Can anyone clarify?

I received confirmation from my EM last week that Epcot has recently started allowing tables and chairs to be set up in Morocco.

The fee is $75 for the set-up.

Small party fee applies to groups under 20.

the event is planned through epcot not dftw for intimate brides. there is a small party fee if you have less than 20 guests, there are preapproved locations like uk, morocco & japan that can be used. also an fyi unless you purchase transportation through disney you are not allowed to wear your wedding attire to the dessert party.

From what I understand, as of the last couple of years, DFTW does book the Intimate DPs. We have booked ours with our DFTW planner.

They will offer Japan (for parties ten and under) and Morocco (for parties 20 and under) for Intimates. If available, they will also offer UK, but with a stipulation that you may be bumped down to accomodate a bigger party.
