We are having a Dessert Party in Italy the night before our wedding and would like to request a back up location so we dont get put somewhere ugly if it's cold or rainy. The 2 locations my planner mentioned as possibilities that appeal to me are The Living Seas Lagoon and the American Adventure Parlor and/or Dining Room but I'm not sure which to ask for. The Living Seas is so pretty and cool looking inside and Chris is an avid fisherman, so I think he and our guests would really like it here, but it is an awfully long walk from it to Italy to view the fireworks in Italy from here and I think we would have to change the times if the party to accommodate that. Now we are scheduled to have the food from 8-9 and bar from 8-9:30 but I think it would probably take close to a half hour just to walk everyone back to Italy from there and the party's supposed to start at 8. I really American Adventure Rotunda and the Parlor is pretty too but I am not crazy about the old looking furniture. Are you allowed to move this stuff ? However, it is right next to Italy so it would be be very easy to walk down for fireworks and maybe even come back to the room after fireworks for a bit too. We have around 50 guests and were planning on having black linens and chairs with pink glow centerpieces. Anyone have any advice for this? Thanks!!

I'd go with American Adventure Parlor because it will be WAY more convenient for your guests, and *that* is what they'll be remembering long after they've forgotten what the fussy old furniture looked like. :thumbsup2
