How do I add text to it?

I am sure there are some people around here that can tell you how you yourself can add the text, without having one of the design programs.
Since I do have programs, I have no clue how to add it without a program.....
if you want I can add the text for you, or if you are patient, I am sure someone will come along and explain how to do it in word or paint.. or you can google it and see if there is a tutorial that explains how to
