Anyone have any advice on room requests for a Despicable Me Suite. I have only stayed at HRH before and don't even know what would be good requests are for PBH in general, let alone a DM Suite.

i don't know the locations for the DE suites.
i'm sure someone that stays at pbr regularly would have a good idea on where they are located.

i do king suites only and those i do know at rpr....
i go for the view.

easiest way would be to call the hotel front desk and have them look up the DM suite locations based on view.

when you book, you can put that room number in for a request.

IIRC they are in the East wing of the resort..Boat dock and walking path are nearest the West wing.Main pool ( beach pool) and villas pool are also nearest the West wing and Villas wings.East wing has the hillside pool ( which is small)

How old are your kids? We stayed there in May and I made it a point to request non-bunk beds for the kids (2 & 5). Most of the pics of the suites feature the normal beds, but apparently a few have bunk beds instead.

I had no idea there were bunk beds! We ended up reserving the Jurassic Park suite, as those Despicable Me beds just looked too small for our boys. They love Jurassic Park, so that helps too! :)

Just curious about your experience with the despicable me suite?? Taking my family in April 2016 and was looking at booking the DM family suite. If you remember room # that would be great if its worth requesting. Thanks in advance for your help and any info you can provide. My boys will be 6 and 4 when we go!!

We are staying in a DM suite for 3 nights in December. Did you make your request online, or call? I didn't see anything when we made our reservation but I may have missed it.

There is no bunk beds in any of Universal's rooms. The DM beds are full twin beds shaped like a bomb.

There is a total of 18 DM suites, they are located in West and East wings.

The Loews website states there may be bunk beds. I hadn't heard of them either. There are a few reports about them in tripadvisor as well.

Wow, had no idea.

That was the same review that I happened to come across a few weeks before our visit. I just called the hotel and asked for non-bunk beds so that our 2yr old wouldn't try to climb up in the middle of the night and she said no problem. I haven't come across any pictures of the bunk bed suite but that review made the second room seem really crammed and definitely not worth it for the price we paid

That's why I said there was no bunk beds. I have never seen a photo either. I tried looking all over the place and nothing.

Looking at the hotel layout there is a few areas that have a small attached pie wedge room. Maybe that's where they could not get in the regular minion beds and designed the bunk beds.

I too would be pissed if I paid for that room and got nothing like the pictures show. That to me would be false advertising to some extent.

We would try a minion suite but Loews you first upgrade does not allow one. So we get the Portofino parlor suite, has more room and 2 bathrooms anyways.

Sounds like they just used some leftovers from the old kids' suites that weren't Suess.

Hi. Do yu know if you have club access with the kids suits as can't see this option online. Thanks
