DESPERATE! Need Help On Quest!

Okay, I go to the Autopia quest track, and i click the billboard. then i go to the graveyard room, but i dont have a diving pin, HOW DO I GET IT?!
Please Tell me everything i need to know Ty

You need to do the Ships and Shipwrecks quest first to get the diving pin.
Go to the Captain's Guest Quarters in Tomorrowland to begin the quest.
