Descendants characters?

Hi there. We are visiting DLR in February and my DD6 is dying to meet the Descendants characters. She wants me to call Disneyland to ask if they will be there lol. Anyone see them recently or maybe heard of them being there? TIA.

You can check the app for the list of characters each day. I've never heard of/seen the Descendants characters being available for meet and greets. They don't usually do meet and greets for tv only characters.

My girls, 4 and 8, are also obsessed with Descendants. The actors were grand marshals for the Soundsational parade 2 weeks ago, ahead of the Descendants 2 release, and we took the kids as an awesome surprise. They were wearing Descendants clothes (Kohl's), and the cast waved at them and blew kisses, which made their whole week. True Disney magic! But at this time, there are no Descendants characters at DLR.

Oh wow. That sounds awesome. And thank you for the kohl's tip. We may need to check it out. I just ordered our descendants costumes for Halloween lol. I've been instructed to be Mal and she will be Evie.

I do see a point that you're both making. Because of Disney jr characters and Elena was there for a while but not as big a deal for Disney as movie characters. Also, not tv but My DS3 would absolutely love if Big Hero 6 characters could be there. I've heard of baymax at Disney world but not at Disneyland recently. I guess Disney is over promoting that movie. Ugh.
