I have a question--booked 2 nights at the Poly--can't find the paperwork! I know I paid one of the two nights in full in February. When is payment due for the other night, at check-in or earlier? Don't want any surprises.

Usually 21 days prior to arrival. Call Central Reservations (407-WDISNEY) and they'll send you a new statement.

Second night is due upon arrival if I am not mistaken. That is how is we have always done it for years now.

If you go to www.wdwig.com and click on Resort Reservation and Payment policies, you will probably be able to figure it out. It has to do with who you booked through. Good Luck
