Deposit charged twice

I just noticed that there are two different $200 payments pending when I just checked our online bank statement. Has this happened to anyone else? Will it go away once it clears or should I call and have them correct it? Our confirmation only says one $200 payment.

I don't know. Maybe call and ask them. I'm bumping this up so maybe someone else will know the answer.

If the charge is only in the pending state, I would not worry too much about it yet. I've noticed a number of different pending amounts for various reservations I make at Disney such as $1 pending charges when I make ADR's. I think that is their way of verifying that the card is good, but definitely check your account later to verify only one charge actually posts.

Yep. One of the charges may not post. if you want peace of mind, you could contact your bank too see if it looks like Disney has submitted clearing information for both transactions.

This same thing just happened to me. No worries though... I booked two packages just a few days ago and paid both $200 deposits to my account and when I checked my account, $200 showed up 4 times, twice for each deposit but the amount in my account was exactly what it should have been after paying the deposits. The correct amount was taken and I stopped worrying. I think that is just how it shows up. Scared me for a second but no more was taken than what should've been so I stopped worrying.
