We'll be staying at BCR for our next trip in Jan, and don't fly out until 2:30. We'll be taking DME, no rental car. My 5 year old is obsessed with Test Track. We haven't stayed at an Epcot resort yet - will we realistically have time to walk over, go through security, ride one more time (with FP+), and get back to the resort? We can get up in time for RD. I have a 1100 reservation for Cape May that day, but could switch things around if needed.

Well, actually, you'll need to reschedule that Cape May ADR. With a flight time of 2:30, your pickup time for DME will be between 11:15 and 11:45, and you should be waiting to be picked up 15 minutes before that, because the pickup time is when the bus leaves, not when it arrives.

Yes I definitely think you would have time to go to the park at rope drop to ride Test Track. But like the above poster said, your Cape May reservation would not be doable with the pickup time of DME. I think you will have to choose between breakfast (if you can change to an earlier time) or Epcot.

Gotcha. I thought I'd read that pickup would be 2-2.5h before. We've always driven before, but this is a short Disney-only trip. Thanks!

Pick up is approximately three hours before flight time so with a 2:30 flight it will be around 11:30. You will need to be at the pick up spot 15 minutes before the pick up time you are given.
